In terms of data, the only two things that might slightly differ are: Joplin Open-source notes/todo app. enex files can be imported into Joplin, including the formatted content (which is converted to Markdown), resources (images, attachments, etc.) import to Joplin desktop app to convert to markdown. Joplin - Cross platform open-source notepad with markdown support and todo list manager with synchronisation.
This will import the notes into a new notebook named after the filename.
